For about a decade, this work has been quietly changing how people meet their own lives. Sound, breath, movement, ceremony, yoga, and honest conversation, offered from the studio in Marine on St. Croix and out in the world. The Waking Nomad Foundation is how that work continues and grows.

Where this is headed
Right now, this work happens one evening, one session at a time. We are working toward something bigger: a physical home for the Foundation, a place to gather for longer and go deeper, and a wider community of people who help hold it. Becoming a Sustaining Patron helps carry this work now, and build what comes next.
