Cacao & Sound Meditation: Gather In
The season is turning, and the long push of summer finally eases. This is the time to gather in. To bring home all that the year has grown in us and set it down where we can actually see it. Fall is not about reaching for the next thing or forcing the next bloom. It is about standing together in the fullness of what is already here, and letting ourselves take it in. Join us as we gather in community to honor what this season holds, in the body and in the heart.
We begin together with a warm cup (or two!) of LavaLove Cacao, followed by 30 minutes of Kundalini yoga and gentle movement to settle the body and open the breath. From a comfortable seated and resting position we move into an extended vocal toning and sound meditation. You will be surrounded…
