In our modern world, the mind is a constant stream of noise. But what if you could "mute" that noise in a single breath? Welcome to the practice of Moorchha, the ancient "Swooning Breath"—a specialized Kundalini technique designed to bridge the gap between the conscious mind and the infinite void.

About the Event

The Divine Swoon

A Refined Kundalini & Sound Meditation Experience

Introducing Moorchha Pranayama (The Swooning Breath)

In most of our day-to-day lives, awareness is almost entirely occupied — by thoughts, emotions, sensations, responsibilities, and noise. Even when we meditate, the mind is often still doing something. This session introduces Moorchha Pranayama, sometimes called the Swooning Breath — a traditional Kundalini practice designed to gently interrupt that momentum and reveal something more fundamental beneath it: a clear, conscious, open stillness.

Not as an idea... as a felt experience.

What is Moorchha?
